1. Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required before the commencement of any service.

  • All payments made are non-refundable.

  • The prices quoted do not include the cost of:

    • Themes

    • Domains

    • Web/cloud hosting

    • SSL certificates or web security features

    • Any third-party tools or subscriptions

  • Government taxes are not included in the price unless explicitly stated.

2. Scope of Services

Creative World Prime provides the following digital services:

  • Custom Business Logo Design

  • Graphic Design (2D and 3D)

  • Social Media Management & Marketing

  • Website Development

  • Facebook & Instagram Ads Campaigns

Any services outside of the initially defined project scope will be subject to a change order and billed separately.

3. Campaign & Project Requirements

  • The client is responsible for uploading campaign-relevant content (such as product images, videos, influencer videos, etc.) to Google Drive in clearly labeled folders.

  • Content is to be shared with Creative World Prime for advertising and promotional use.

  • All project communication and coordination will occur in a designated WhatsApp group titled:
    “Brand Name x CWP”, with a clearly defined Point of Contact (POC) from the client’s end.

  • A 5-day processing period is required for setting up ad campaigns and ensuring smooth onboarding.

4. Advertising & Content Creation

  • Creative World Prime will handle video editing for advertisement purposes only.

  • Ad spending for U.S.-based campaigns should range from $500 to $1000, depending on the business nature and ticket price.

  • Banner designs for sales purposes are included. Any non-sales-related designs will incur additional charges.

  • Ads designed are exclusively for Facebook and Instagram unless otherwise agreed. Campaigns on other platforms (e.g., Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) will be charged separately.

5. Website Development & Design

  • Website packages do not include costs related to:

    • Domain purchase

    • Hosting

    • SSL certificates

    • Third-party plugins, licenses, or subscriptions

  • The development timeline provided is an estimate only. Timelines may shift based on:

    • Client’s responsiveness

    • Timely provision of required content

    • Scope changes

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must supply any required images, branding materials, copy/text, or reference samples in a timely fashion.

  • Delays in content delivery may lead to:

    • Project rescheduling

    • Pausing the project until content is received

  • If a delay from the client prevents project completion, the outstanding payment becomes due as per the originally agreed milestone.

7. Project Completion & Revisions

  • Upon completion of each milestone or the full project, Creative World Prime will request a Completion Agreement from the client.

  • Any additional work requested after approval and project closure will be treated as new work and billed accordingly.

  • Revisions are limited to those agreed upon during project initiation. Excessive revisions or changes post-approval are subject to additional fees.

8. Portfolio Usage

Creative World Prime reserves the right to display completed works, including but not limited to:

  • Screenshots

  • Logos

  • Website visuals

  • Ad creatives

  • Social media designs

These may be used in our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.

9. Confidentiality

Client data and project details are treated with strict confidentiality. However, anonymized project results or designs may be used for training or showcase purposes.

10. Disputes & Support
